1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Karmawave (the "Service") operated by Jan Siegmann — unlimited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Karmawave is a Reddit scheduling and automation tool that allows users to schedule posts and comments on Reddit, manage multiple Reddit accounts, and integrate with proxy services for enhanced security and functionality.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Reddit Integration and Compliance

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You must comply with Reddit's Terms of Service and Content Policy
• You are responsible for all content posted through our Service
• We are not responsible for Reddit's actions, including account suspensions or bans
• You grant us permission to access your Reddit account through official APIs
• You understand that Reddit may change their policies, affecting our Service

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post spam, duplicate content, or engage in vote manipulation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent Reddit's or our security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Pricing and billing is handled by Paddle according to their terms
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at the email below.

If you request the Service to begin during the withdrawal period and later withdraw, you may be required to pay for the Service provided up to that point.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jan Siegmann — unlimited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create and post through the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and transmit such content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

For slight negligence, we are only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages.

We are not liable for damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including actions taken by Reddit against your account.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jan Siegmann — unlimited from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, except where such claims result from our own negligence.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

For merchants (Kaufleute), the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bonn, Germany.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force.
